The theatre at Kigorobya Health Center IV in Kigorobya sub county, Hoima district is lying idle due to the failure by government to recruit there an anesthetic technician and attendant.
The theatre built 10 years ago, is equipped with an operating table, oxygen Cylinder, anesthetic machine and sterilizer among others but it is dysfunctional due to lack of critical staff.
