The schools' third term holiday is pretty a long one and it can be troublesome for the kids and parents alike. The children, on a break from school work, find themselves with a lot of time on them and TV or computer games can be boring because of monotony.
And for a parent TV or computer games don’t really offer the learning they wish for their children and for that reason they prefer to engage their little one in other co-curricular activities that offer more creativity.
The good news is that The City Gym, premium wellness and health center, has introduced a ballet dance program for children of all ages.
The Dare To Dream Ballet Intensive Programme run Monday to Sunday will see children group in their respective brackets learn classical and contemporary ballet, modern dance, waltz, and hip hop dance.
The programme, according to management at The City Gym, a full-service health and wellness gym located in the heart of Kampala City, at Kampala Boulevard on Kampala Road, will run from 8:30 am to 10:30 am on weekdays and 10:30 am to 1:00 pm on weekends.
The programme will be conducted by Good Foot Ballet Dance Academy and The City Gym at the gymnasium of The City Gym at Kampala Boulevard building.
