It is always awesome to get a service at a lesser cost. It strengthens customer relations with the business.
And this is what The City Gym, a premier health and wellness facility in Kampala located at Kampala Boulevard building on Kampala road is doing.
The full-service health and wellness club has announced that daily customers are set to get discounts for using the gym.
Customers will now have to pay Shs15, 000 to access the gym on weekdays between 10 am and 4 pm instead of the usual Shs20, 000, an almost 25 percent discount.
“Did you know that on Weekdays from 10 am - 4 pm, we offer a discount of Shs15, 000 Daily Membership? We pride ourselves in making fitness convenient for you. Don’t miss out on our amazing Offers,” The City Gym posted on their social media pages.
In an interview recently, James Aketch, a trainer at the gym said physical exercise should come among the top priorities in everyone’s life.
“Research shows that having daily workout routine is good for you mentally and physically,” Aketch said at The City Gym, adding that regular exercising is one of the surest paths to a longer and healthier life.
“If you're serious about losing weight and getting in better shape, there's no better time to start than right now. The longer you put it off, the more excuses you'll come up with and the longer it will take you to see results.
“For example, aerobics relieves stress, reduces muscle tension, strain, and inflammation, sharpens attention and concentration, and calms and centres the nervous system.
On why anyone should choose The City Gym , Aketch says: “We’ve seen a lot of change in the fitness industry over the years, but our philosophy has remained the same: to offer the best equipment, range of classes, knowledgeable staff and professional advice in a welcoming environment, that helps keep our members motivated. Our conscience can’t rest until everyone in this city is fit and well.”
