Motorsport is a high octane sport prone to accidents that could injurious or fatal for both the racers and spectator therefore their safety is a key component for the entertaining sport. And according to Dipu Ruparelia, the president of Federation of Motorsport Clubs of Uganda, the motorsport fraternity in Uganda has not been having an ambulance for the past twenty years.
