Aerobics Will Do This To Your Body If You Start Exercising Now

While gaining a little bit of body weight and mass in Uganda can come off as a sign that ‘things’ are going well for you, experts in the medical world predict doom. Gaining weight is actually a health threat as it comes with a number of ailments some of which are fatal.

Shedding off these extra kilos of fat can be a daunting task which requires sacrifice, resilience and dedication. But it is possible, according to James Oketch, an instructor at The City Gym in Kampala. He says well managed aerobics exercise routine can produce good results.

He explains that aerobics exercise will help you lose weight, get healthier arteries, a stronger heart, reduced risk of coronary heart disease, lower risk of chronic disease, improved mood and a sharper mind. He advises that aerobic exercise should be part of everyone’s healthy lifestyle.

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness).

Oketch elaborates that working out with consistency is important for achieving fitness results.
